Investment Criteria
We seek to back companies that can offer the following characteristics:
- Talented people – management capability, track record, demonstrated commercial acumen, and strategic relationships
- Products and services that meet existing needs
- Scalability to reach global markets
- A proven business model
Ideally, we prefer to work with companies that are seeking AU$1m to $20m, which can be broken into milestone driven tranches.
We are reasonably open to the country of origin of our investee companies so long as there is a distinct global application for their underlying offering. The country of origin should ideally exist within a progressive regulatory environment that is broadly compatible with that of the UK or Australia.
