Upon engagement with ORB, each client will undergo a due diligence process during which ORB will closely analyse the current position of the business, including some of the following areas:
- Current financial position
- Company business plan
- Cash flow projections (3 years)
- Existing contracts and obligations
- Shareholding structure
Please ensure that the company is in a position to provide the appropriate documentation for this process.
